Memo to Our Clients
Re: Advance Health Care Directives Listed with the U.S. Living Will Registry

You may have received a letter from the U.S. Living Will Registry stating that our firm is no longer a Partner using their service. Indeed, because their fees rose dramatically, we decided not to continue the relationship.  Please be assured that your documents already registered with them will remain available to you and your health care providers. You will not be charged a fee for your annual updates.  You are covered and need not do anything further.

We now use the services of Assuring Your Wishes, an affiliate of United Hospice of Rockland, to register Advance Health Care Directives (e.g. health care proxies, living wills and HIPAA forms).  The service is comparable, but since there is no fee to you, or to us, it is a more cost effective alternative.

Please be assured that we are available to help you with your estate planning and estate settlement needs.

Very truly yours,

Barbara H. Cane
Courtney E. Boniface
Ron L. Meyers
